The great thing about being a New Yorker in the Spring time is the wonderful museums. We are so lucky! Whenever I have a free Saturday in the Spring, I love to spend my time wondering around in museums. One of the most infamous museums in America, and arguably one of the best museums in New York is the Museum of Modern Art.
MoMa, as it is so affectionately referred to in New York City, is home to some of the best paintings, architect, displays, and contemporary forms of art in the world. Most people know that is is home to Van Gogh's Starry Night painting, what many people don't know is that there are floors and floors of amazing art to explore.
MoMa has one of the best gardens to sit, explore, gaze, dream and people watch on a great Saturday afternoon. What I love to do on a 65 degree day in April, is engage in dreamy conversations with my love. The atmosphere is so inspiring. The garden, the often times full of people, is so serene. The artwork is so large and creative. This museum is definitely worthy of a half of your Saturday!
