When it comes to deep dark skin, the brighter the blush the better. No really! It's true! Highly pigmented blushes are great for highlighted pigmented skin. It's all about balance. On the face that is. If you go for a bright cheek-make sure you have a nude eye and a nude lip to match. You can also tone down a bright cheek with some bronzer and and a highlighter.
The secret to a bright cheek is picking the right color. For my deep skin tone, orange blush is always a great idea. It surprisingly goes into your skin like butter. It blends seamlessly with the appearance of a true, natural flush. Here are some of my favorite blushes for spring:
Lancome Blush in Naughty
NARS Blush in Taj Mahal
Enjoy spring and the joys of blush!
