I've been known to have a beat face from time to time. I've been especially loving neutrals this time of year. Though I've gone straight for the bright lipstick trend, I've started to focus on a smooth, clean face for the fall.

Smashbox Full Exposure Palette ($49.00): This palette has some of the best matte neutrals I've found. I tend to indulge in mostly red-based browns, but this palette is full of cool toned neutrals that look very well in the crease of the eye. The top row is mostly glittery/sparkly colors that work amazing for a night out on the town without too much effort.

Diorshow Waterproof Mascara ($25.00): This mascara is great for volume. I love it for winter months because it lasts all day without living your eyes spidery.

MAC Mineralize SkinFinish Natural in Dark ($30.00): This is a great finishing powder after you've used a tinted moisturizer or foundation. It is also great for an all over light powder coverage. It is a must have every season!

Hourglass Ambient Lighting Palette ($58.00): This item is limited edition and was sold out at the Sephora in Brooklyn (210 Joralemon Street) weeks ago. This trio deserves its own post. It works on all skin tones as a finishing powder and highlighter on the cheeks. It absolutely makes you look like you just had a facial.

Jin Soon Nail Polish in Epidote ($18.00): If you are an at-home mani addict like me, then you will appreciate this polish. The color is duo chromed gold and olive green. It screams FALL!
